Imagine the following scenario. You are coming back from a long trip from another state. It’s 1 in the morning. You are about an hour away from home, and you really just want to get to bed and go to sleep. It’s been a truly exhausting trip that you are looking to put into the past.
All of a sudden, your car breaks down in the middle of the road. Nothing worse could happen at such a bad time. You’re not sure what to do, because you aren’t a car expert and you don’t know what to look for. You don’t know of any towing companies off-hand, so you turn to your smartphone and head to Google. You start looking up companies. You call the first one and no one answers. You call the second one, and the same thing happens: no one answers. You call the third and then the fourth ones and start to think that maybe no one is available at all at this hour. While you understand that it makes sense for no one to be available, you have a problem now and you need to get it fixed.
Isn’t that basically a nightmare scenario? We think so. We started our company for many different reasons. One of the reasons, however, was that we wanted to be the one company that actually picks up the phone and is able to help the person in that situation. That’s why we do 24 hour towing. We know that problems with your car can happen at any point in time. If something happens out on the road, it’s not as if you can wait until 9 in the morning for someone to actually answer the phone. You need help as quickly as possible. We aim to be the one company that is available for people all hours of the day.
Just know that you can always rely on us for your towing and roadside assistance needs, no matter when those problems may come up.
